ACTYVO represents an innovative outdoor cycling platform that leverages cutting-edge technology and innovation to enable road cycling enthusiasts worldwide to compare their performances. This platform facilitates the comparison and competitive participation of cyclists regardless of geographical location or route topography.

Cyclists can add their rides to the ACTYVO rankings through several methods:

1. Option 1 - Garmin Device Recording (without app): Connect and pair your Garmin Connect account with your ACTYVO account via the user profile in the platform. Plan your route so that upon reaching your target distance (e.g., 36.5, 50, 75, 100, or 150 km or their mile equivalents), you are within a maximum "finish radius" of 5 km (3.1 miles) from your starting point. This ensures proper ride completion according to ACTYVO rules and eligibility for rankings. The Garmin device synchronizes ride data to the platform, where a specialized algorithm processes and calculates your performance to determine your position in the global rankings.

   For enhanced accuracy regarding the finish radius on your Garmin device, it is recommended to download the ACTYVO data field (Dist2Start) from the Garmin Connect IQ Store at this link.

2. Option 2 - Recording with the ACTYVO App: Select "NEW RIDE - CHALLENGE RIDE," choose your desired distance, and initiate recording through the app on your iPhone. To ensure proper ride completion, you must remain within the "finish radius" of 5 km (3.1 miles) from your starting point when reaching your target distance. The app automatically concludes and uploads your ride data once these conditions are met.

The platform evaluates performance using the unit "ACTYVOLT"; higher values indicate better performance and improve ranking positions.
